Welcome to the Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation,

Please follow these instructions when contacting our VA & R Offices throughout the State of California.

Due to HIPPA Laws and the Privacy Act our office does not discuss VA Benefits through email. Please call the appropriate Department Service Office and you will be directed to one of our Service Officers.

Do not transmit over the Internet your Social Security Number, VA Claim number, or any personal information which is not encrypted, as you may be subject to identity fraud.

You will need to call the office listed for your county office (above) and explain the claim, so that they can review the case, and determine if they can be of assistance to you.

If your case is in the appeals process we can not assist you as it is against the policy of the American Legion and most other Veteran Service Organizations.

Understandably, we are not Attorneys and do not handle any legal, civil and or criminal law.

Our jurisdiction ends with the handling of issues concerning VA claims disabilities. Veterans Affairs Benefits Regional Office Jurisdictions for the State of California.
